Returns offered on all full price & sale merchandise for customers within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Final sale items cannot be returned. Please note this is upon inspection and acceptance of garment condition.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, show no signs of wear, have all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Items must be free of stains, perfume odor, makeup, deodorant, and wear.
- All items are subject to inspection. In our sole discretion, we may deny any Return that we believe violates our Return Policy.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. You must provide pictures to support your claim.
- Returns are processed within 7-14 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us and approved for Return.
- Refund timing can take up to 14 business days after items have been received and approved for return.
- Return packages postmarked 15 to 30 days from delivery will be eligible for a refund in the form of a gift card.
All Returns will have a minimum service fee of $10 for domestic returns. Any international Return will be subject to standard shipping rates and a $10 service fee.
Holiday Returns: Please note our return/refund timing will remain as-is; 14 days to return for refund. Any orders placed from 11/22/23 - 12/18/23 that need to be returned after 14 days, will only be eligible for exchanges (if item(s) are available) or store credit. Returns for exchanges/store credit will not be allowed after 30 days from delivery date.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. Unless otherwise noted, all final sale items are not subject to Return unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
