If, despite all our quality checks, you receive a defective item, please contact our Customer Care Team at customerservice@maysonthelabel.com within 24 hours from receipt of the order. Please attach clear pictures of the defect in question – this will help us solve your problem as efficiently as possible.

Shipping

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. By clicking on the link, you will be redirected to the courier website and you will be able to follow the shipment. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. You can also track your shipment here.

We currently partner with FedEx for all domestic deliveries and international deliveries outside the USA.

If you need to edit the shipping address you entered when placing your order, email our Customer Care Team at customerservice@maysonthelabel.com as soon as possible. Please note that if your order has already been shipped out from our warehouse, we will be unable to change the shipping address. The shipping country can never be changed.

If your order has been lost or stolen, please contact our Customer Care Team at customerservice@maysonthelabel.com ASAP. Do not forget to provide your order number to help our team solve the problem as quickly as possible. Please note that MAYSON the label is not liable for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen while in transit and/or upon delivery.

Returns

To begin your return, visit our Returns/Exchanges portal. Only items that meet all of our return conditions are eligible to be returned within 14 days from the date the order is delivered. All returns will have a service fee of $10. For detailed information, please check our full Return Policy.

1. Pack all the returned items as originally received, along with a print off of your order confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.

2. Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. Return address for the package will be provided during the return process.

3. You will receive an email as soon as we have received your items, inspected, and if/when a refund is issued.

Once the return is received, the items undergo a quality check which can take 3 to 5 business days. If the return meets our criteria you will be refunded on the payment method used for the purchase within an additional 21 business days (based on your credit card company).

Yes, we offer exchanges for the same style, different size/color. At the time we do not offer exchanges for different products. To start your exchange, visit the Returns & Exchanges portal. Once our warehouse receives the exchange item and confirms its in the original condition, the exchange order will be generated.

As a reminder our warehouse has 3-5 business days to receive and inspect an order and then 48 hours to ship the new exchange order.

Exchanges are free of charge.

No, at the time we do not offer exchanges for International Orders. If the item doesn't work out, you'll need to return the current order and place a new order.

MAYSON the label reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our Return Policy. In such cases, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange for pickup of the refused package from our warehouses within 14 days of our notification.
